Each car must show a driver's license and a current water utility bill from the City of Muskogee.
Annual collection event is held in June. Secure used/unused needles, syringes, lancets in a puncture proof container labeled as "SHARPS." Please call the City of Muskogee Public Works Stormwater Division with questions.
