Drop-off Location: Pharmacy, Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am-7:30pm.
Sharps must be in a rigid puncture-resistant container with secure lids or caps. Acceptable containers include sharps containers or thick-walled plastic detergent or bleach bottles. Unacceptable containers include coffee cans, plastic milk jugs, plastic bags, aluminum cans and soda bottles. If you use a household container, label with the words "BIOHAZARD", "INFECTIOUS WASTE" or "SHARPS" as well as "DO NOT RECYCLE."
