Drop-off Location: Emergency Department, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
Visit disposal site and ask for sharps container and instructions on its use. Take the container home and dispose of your used syringes completely intact into sharps container. When the container is 3/4 of the way full, permanently close the top following directions on the container. Once closed, return the filled sharps container to participating disposal site for proper disposal. Obtain a new sharps container for free.
