Carmel Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center Container Exchange Program
Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Saturday, 9am-12pm.
The Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center is available only to Carmel Utilities residential customers only. Businesses and non-Carmel Utilities customers are not eligible. A driver's license or utilities bill statement will be required at the time of disposal. Container Exchange Program: Residents who want to participate in the program may pick up a free medical sharps waste container at the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center. When the container is full, they simply return the container to the site and pick up another one.
