Drop-off Location: Front Desk in Main Lobby, Monday-Friday, 8am-3:30pm.
Program Regulations: Name, address and phone number must be labeled on the container. Accepted containers are rigid, plastic or metal containers with secure lids (examples: laundry detergent bottles, color safe bleach bottles, fabric softener bottles, coffee cans or biohazard sharps container). Cardboard containers or boxes, soda bottles, bleach bottles, milk or juice containers, glass bottles or jars, or other thin plastic containers will not be accepted. Place sharps in a puncture resistant container, preferably plastic, with needles facing down and tightly capped. The container must also be labeled "Home Self Care Medical Waste" using a waterproof ink marker or with a "BIOHAZARD" label. Contact Environmental Services Dept. with questions.
