Notes: Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm, Friday, 8am-12:30pm, Closed 12pm-1pm. Easton residents are able to purchase a sharps container at Fire Station 3 during normal business hours. The cost includes disposal. Containers can also be purchased at the Easton Board of Health Office and Easton Council on Aging during business hours.
Containers can be returned to the fire station when full or no longer needed. Rigid, leak-proof biohazard containers, not purchased from the fire station will also be accepted for a fee. The fee will be set based on the size of the container. Call for a price on your container.
It is against the law in the state of Massachusetts to dispose of sharps in the household trash.
